We aim to ship all orders received Monday to Friday by Hermes the following day - providing they are in stock. If they are not in stock we will send you a message advising a delivery date. A tracking reference will be provided and delivery to you will be 2/3 days from despatch. If you require a next day delivery there will be a small supplement.
We do require that goods should be signed for at their destination. If you choose to have your package left in a specified ‘safe ’ place, or with a neighbour, then the responsibility is with you from the time of delivery.
If you have received your order and don’t like something simply contact us and we will arrange collection from the address you provide. As long as the goods are in their original condition we will be happy to give you a refund or exchange for something else. Returns are free of charge.
We cannot accept the return of goods which are damaged, soiled, scented, or have had the appearance changed by washing/cleaning.
Items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels and swing tickets attached.
Sale items must be returned within 10 days of the despatch date. They will not be refundable after that time but you do have up to 28 days to return them for a credit or exchange.
